Website information

The website provides general information about services, service areas and completed work. It is not a structural survey, engineering opinion or formal quotation.

Quotes and contracts

No building contract is created by submitting an enquiry. The scope, price, materials, access requirements, timing and payment terms must be agreed separately before work begins.

Photographs and initial advice

Photographs can help us understand the visible problem, but they may not show the full condition. An inspection may be required before a diagnosis or price can be confirmed.

Availability and coverage

Listing a town does not guarantee that every job in that location can be accepted. Travel, access, service type and current workload are considered before a visit is arranged.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and project photography on this website may not be copied or reused without permission, except where the law allows.
